Mr.(Fayez) Bizri is ProRite's Chief Executive Officer in charge of the total management activities of the organization.

With a strong sense of decision-making Mr. Bizri works on setting the policy and strategy of ProRite. As a partner and leader of the company, he advises the board of directors, motivates employees, and drives change within the organization; additionally he presides over the organization's day-to-day operations. With a consistent track record of successfully employing best business practices to improve efficiency, reduce operating costs whilst increasing productivity, Mr. Bizri filled the functions of Finance and Administration Director at Future TV (Lebanon), Executive General Manager at Saudi Oger printing division (Saudi Arabia), and Executive Manager at the Arab Development Corporation (Saudi Arabia).

Mr. Bizri is a holder of a Masters in Science (Economics) from the University of Idaho, USA as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the American University of Beirut.

An Experienced Senior Property & Facilities management executive, with valuable managerial experience, Samer is a highly focused Senior at ProRite, with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of various PM & FM sectors such as operation, property Services and subcontractors management.

Samer graduated from Lebanese American University with BS degree in Economics and has worked for many years as a Supply Chain Manager with Cadbury Adams Middle East, Fromageries Bel, Nokia, and Microsoft were he attained a profound experience in Customer Collaboration and People Management.

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. Managing and coordinating the different departments, such as maintenance, engineering, housekeeping, and security, to ensure that the facilities are running efficiently and effectively. Also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the company’s performance, increase revenue, and reduce costs. Working closely with other senior leaders in the company, including the CEO, to ensure that the company is meeting its goals and objectives.

An Active and experienced property management executive. Ahmad is a Certified Facilities Manager.

He is enhancing every aspect of property and facilities management through advanced sensor technology and automation. He ensures that properties run smoothly, leveraging technology to proactively address needs and streamline operations.

As a Facility Manager overseeing operations, the main responsibility is to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of the buildings and equipment. They will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are safe, clean, and operational, and that they meet relevant regulations and standards.

The main responsibility is to oversee all financial operations and ensure that they are compliant with relevant regulations and company policies. Leading a team of accountants and financial analysts to manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Works closely with other senior leaders in the company to provide financial insights and recommendations to support devision-making. Additionally, will be responsible for developing and implementing financial policies and procesdures to improve the company's financial performance and mitigate financial risks.
